Let me start off by saying S&A Contracting is officially apart of my family. There will be no other contractor I prefer over them. I have been very satisfied with my contractor and their attention and cooperation from the very start. They have been employed by my family and myself for over three years now and we cannot wait to get more work done around the house.they have been great in understanding what i needed and were proactive in recommending resolutions. For example, from picking out paint colors to installing modern sinks, S&A Contracting is proactive in researching designs to fit the needs of the customers likes and wants. They have been very good at follow-ups and supporting me when i was in need of fast fixes around the house. Simply put, they are just a phone call away. From gutting my basement and turning it into a two bedroom luxury apartment to adding a garage door and installing a new back-splash to my kitchen, they are nothing short of amazing work and can do anything. We highly recommend S&A Contracting for house renovations. From our first phone call Stephon arranged a time to visit us for an estimate. We were updating our bathroom fixtures and needed wallpaper removed from a bedroom with plaster walls and then painted. His estimate was the exact price we paid. Stephon treats your home as if it is his home. His work area was cleaned up each evening and Stephon’s work was professional in every way. Our home is over 100 years old, Stephon was able to smooth the plaster walls and adjust the new bathroom vanity to a level position. Stephon has all the characteristics we look for in a contractor; professionalism, quality of workmanship and great communication skills!
